No leap in the dark

The unfamiliar makes us uneasy. So I'll tell you in advance exactly how the process works, starting with a free intro call. I work warm, practical and direct. No endless trajectory, but real steps you feel right away.

Session 1: Getting to know each other and mapping the pattern

We talk or email briefly, you tell me what's going on, I explain how I work. Together we map what keeps repeating, between you, or within yourself.

Sessions 2-3: Practising responding differently

Concrete conversations about what you want to do differently. Not to assign blame, but to learn how to handle it better. You practise, you notice what works.

Sessions 4-6: Anchoring the new behaviour

What we've worked on, you carry into daily life. Small changes, reflection, and room to get used to the new behaviour.

How a session can happen

  • Session at the practice

At my practice in Uithoorn. A quiet room, away from the noise, where you do not have to prove anything for a while.

  • Session on location

I come to you: at your home or another place that suits you. Useful when travelling is not an option right now.

  • Online session

By video, from a place of your choosing. No travel time, with the same attention and confidentiality.

I'd been carrying a feeling for months that something needed to change. After three sessions, I knew exactly what it was and what I could do about it.

How many sessions do I need?

It depends on your situation and goal. A well-defined question often calls for a short process; something deeper takes a bit more time. You're never locked in, we set a direction together and evaluate along the way.

Can I come on my own?

Yes. You can come as a couple, but just as well on your own, whether your partner won't join, you're single, or you simply want to work on yourself.

One message is enough.

No obligation. One conversation is often enough to realize it's easier than you thought.
