No leap in the dark

The unfamiliar makes us uneasy. Know in advance how the process unfolds, starting with a free intro call.

Session 1: Getting to know each other and mapping the pattern

We talk or email briefly, you tell me what's going on, I explain how I work. Together we map what keeps repeating, between you, or within yourself.

Sessions 2-3: Practising responding differently

Concrete conversations about what you want to do differently. Not to assign blame, but to learn how to handle it better. You practise, you notice what works.

Sessions 4-6: Anchoring the new behaviour

What began in session you carry into daily life. Small changes, reflection between sessions, and room to get used to the new behaviour.

Online sessions also available

Sessions in Dutch or English, from a location of your choosing. No travel time, with the same attention and confidentiality. All you need is a quiet room and a stable internet connection.

I'd been carrying a feeling for months that something needed to change. After three sessions, I knew exactly what it was and what I could do about it.

Another question? Feel free to reach out, I'm here to help.

Is this a form of healthcare?

No. Relationship coaching is not healthcare: no diagnosis, no medical file, no referral needed.

How many sessions do I need?

It depends on your situation and goal. A well-defined question often calls for a short trajectory; something deeper takes a bit more time. You're never locked in, we set a direction together and evaluate along the way.

Can I come on my own?

Yes. You can come as a couple, but just as well on your own, whether your partner won't join, you're single, or you simply want to work on yourself.

Is dating coaching also for people who aren't actively dating?

Yes, absolutely. You don't need to be on dating apps to work on yourself. Many people come precisely to understand why things keep going wrong, or to process that something "was never official" but still hurt. Even if you've just come out of a situation where you felt stuck, whether it was a situationship , a near-relationship, or a recurring pattern, I can help you look at that honestly.

One message is enough.

No obligation. One conversation is often enough to realize it's easier than you thought.
