Cancellation Policy

Here you will find our terms for canceling coaching sessions with Liefdesadvies in Uithoorn or online.

Canceling an Appointment

To cancel an appointment free of charge, you must cancel at least 24 hours in advance, on business days.

Example:

For a Monday appointment, you must cancel by Friday before 5:00 PM at the latest.

Costs for Late Cancellation

  • Cancellation within 24 hours of the appointment: 100% of the session fee
  • No-show without confirmed cancellation: 100% of the session fee

Special Circumstances

In case of acute illness or emergencies, cancellation fees will be considered. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss the situation.
